Swing & Salsa Dance Lessons:  Get ready to dance like the stars! 
Take one or more 1 1/2 hour dance lessons ( 3/4 hour Salsa, ¾ hour Swing) with popular dance instructor, Hannah De Grandpre. Lessons will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn at 5 Park Street, Freeport, from 9-10:30 a.m., 10:30-12 p.m., and 2-3:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, Old Town Hall
Lessons are $15 per person.
Sponsored by the Royalsborough Inn.

WGME 13 Anchor and Go Red For Women Spokewoman Kim Block will guide a discussion with clinicians from Cardiovascular Consultants of Maine to answer your questions about heart health.  This free session will help educate you and your family about risk factors for heart disease and stroke, and what you can do to prevent these diseases through lifestyle changes.  Join us for a fun, informative, question-and-answer session where you will gain valuable information to lead a longer, stronger life!
